Maintenance & Reliability Principles Workshop Day 1
This expert-led workshop covers the four maintenance models used to determine the maturity of an organization’s maintenance culture. Participants will learn 21 best practices for achieving and sustaining reliability — including maintenance activities, planning and scheduling, management, and how to analyze their organization. Achieving Reliability Top Performance Workshop Days 2 and 3
Days 2 and 3 involve participants in discussions surrounding the use of best practices to achieve truly sustainable reliability. Day 2 includes a review of common characteristics of top reliability performers and discussion of case studies in which participants determine the application of best practices to common maintenance and reliability challenges. Day 3 is dedicated to participants bringing their own reliability challenges to the group and discussing them with a qualified reliability consultant as facilitator.
