This four-part training series will help students understand the fundamentals of industrial hydraulics. The series introduces students to the primary applications of hydraulic power and the basic principles and measurement of hydraulic power. An overview of the procedures that apply to the maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting of industrial hydraulic systems is included.
The Industrial Hydraulics series is designed for maintenance personnel, production technicians, engineers, instrumentation technicians, and others who require an understanding of basic hydraulics. The courses can also be used to provide a working overview for electronics maintenance personnel whose job performance would benefit from a basic knowledge of hydraulics. All the terms used are defined or explained throughout the courses, so students are not required to have an extensive technical vocabulary to understand the content.
