HAZWOPER Awareness

Introduce your employees to HAZWOPER - what it is and what it requires of them. If a leak occurs, could they identify it? If so, what would they do to alert and keep the others safe? Make sure your employees are more than up to the job and comply with First-Level Awareness requirements under the OSHA/EPA HAZWOPER Standard. (OSHA 1910.120). This course examines hazardous materials, emphasizes safety, and outlines the fundamentals of emergency response. It also cites the duties of Awareness Level First Responders and features hands-on experience on the "virtual" DOT Emergency Response Guidebook.
