STOP® Implementation Assistance Workshops Help Jump Start Your Safety Culture Transformation

Ensure a successful rollout of STOP® at your organization with our Implementation Assistance Workshops. These interactive train-the-trainer sessions provide participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to facilitate STOP® training effectively and are a foundational step in your cultural transformation journey. Through engaging discussions, group work and practical exercises, trainers will gain an understanding of the STOP® principles and will learn best practices for implementing and sustaining an observation and communication program.

Available virtually and in-person*, these dynamic learning events enable participants to:

  • Understand the principles and objectives of the STOP® program.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of STOP® techniques.
  • Become familiar with the content and materials of the program.
  • Develop STOP® observation and communication skills.
  • Gain knowledge of how to plan, deliver and evaluate an effective, educational and inspirational classroom lesson/presentation.
  • Discover the various training tools to be used within the classroom environment.
  • Learn tips and tricks on how to gain the audience's interest, trust and attention

The practical component of the training allow participants to learn from their own experiences and from each other. Each participant will have an opportunity to put into practice the theory they have learned and deliver a classroom training session to an audience.

The Implementation Assistance Workshop is designed to be deployed onsite at your facility for up to 20 participants, or you may elect to attend one of our scheduled open sessions*.

Both onsite and open sessions are available in-person or as virtual sessions. The in-person workshops are delivered over two days. The virtual workshops are conducted as six separate sessions, each 2-3 hours in length, as well as a 30 minute pre-session (if needed). Participants are required to join via webcam and microphone and will be expected to attend every session.


  • $1,200 per seat for scheduled open sessions
  • $20,000 for on-site session for up to 20 participants (includes all materials)
