This four-part series is designed to help participants understand physical concepts applicable to all process- and energy-related industries. The series provides the history of measuring and relating physical properties and explains introductory and basic physical properties of temperature, pressure and flow with applicable industry examples.
The Applied Physics series is designed for entry-level process operating technicians, or anyone requiring fundamental knowledge of physics in the process industry. Many of the terms used are defined or explained throughout the courses, so participants are not required to have an extensive technical vocabulary to understand the content.
